Nose: really interesting, w light caramel and apple and a toasted pineapple (!) Palate: Bready and succulent, the butter and fruit lasted longer on the finish than most Champagnes I can remember. It finishes super dry, but with intense, delicious fruit present up until the last second. Seems to have a coconut nuance, even. Excellent. Chris also really enjoyed
